OCTOBER 22 IS ANNETTE FUNICELLO'S BIRTHDAY

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU MOUSEKETEER!

Hope we have her for many years to come even though she is ill with Multiple Sclerosis.

For you youngsters out there. She was in the original Mickey Mouse Club from 1955 to 1959. Also had hit songs (Tall Paul etc.) And a lot of beach movies (Beach Blanket Bingo etc with songs from those movies also)

She did commercials for Skippy peanut butter too.

She is now 68 (October 22 2010). Wish there were more like her in the world today.

I grew up Annette through my Mother. We were always reminded she was Moms favorite Mouseketeer while we watched Annette and Frankie. Good memories

Happy birthday to the most popular Mousketeer! I remember seeing a TV movie about her life, and she seemed a wonderful person who had a close relationship with Walt, who acted as a kindly uncle and counselor. I'm so sorry about her illness. It really is terrible when bad things happen to good people...
