I was in WDW on the 18th and had no idea that it was Mickey's 80th until a family member mentioned it to me over the phone. I figured they would have done something special around the parks - acknowledge it somehow. 80's a milestone! Come on, Disney! That was pretty disappointing, though they did set up 2 poster-sized "Happy 80th Birthday Mickey Mouse" cards at the CBR (where I stayed) I don't know if they did that at the other resorts as well.
