Michael Eisner did take a $5 million bonus this year. He took it in stocks...read the news.

The thing that gets me is that they gave him a "performance bonus" when the company had such a crappy year, even in relation to other companies in the entertainment business. Just because he stacked the Executive Compensation Committee with his cronies, kicking off the few on the board that weren't in his pocket....
