Steve,
Disney was having a little trouble getting everything setup to sell the tickets, but our travel agent got us some yesterday afternoon for October 11th. You might want to try again today and see if you have better luck.

That's great. Does anyone know the dates of MNSSHP for this year? We went last year and it was a blast!! We loved it. Personally, i think it is better than the Christmas party. We were trying to prepare for this Oct. but did not know the dates for the party?.?.

Buzz, the dates this year are October 11, 17, 29, 25, 27, 31, and November 1 Hours are 7-midnight.

More info is at http://wdwig.com/mnssh.htm.

This is our first year to go. It sounds like a lot of fun, and our last night at Disney will be the 10/11, so I thought it would be a neat way to end the trip.

David, thanks for the dates. I am looking forward to it very much. I think I might have to sit down tonite and watch my video i took last year. It was so awesome!!!!

One other thing, if you have kids and they dress in costumes (or if you decide to dress up) go with something non-scary and preferrably no mask. I heard a couple of CM asking kids (very nicely) to take off their skull masks. I mean, my gosh, your in Disney, how about something happy like Peter Pan.

Buzz, we do have a 9 year old and we were talking last night about the three of us going as a certain Mouse family. I doubt that we will carry costumes with us, but Disney being Disney, I just bet that a person could find some costume accessories around the park! LOL

I am still trying to get tickets. Disney.com says tickets are not available for purchase online. How can I get them? How urgent is this, how soon is it likely to sell out?

Yes, definately call directly or travel agent. The web site is very slow to update. Don't rely on it to purchase your tickets. The closer to Halloween, the quicker the tickets sell out.
