I can’t remember the exact date of purchase but I had a reservation in mid Feb. this year and had already purchased my Halloween party tickets for this year. So I would assume late Jan. or so.

Dates were released in January this year which is actually quite early so its unclear when they will be announced for next year.

I know the party started 8/17 this year, but I don't know when they release the schedule.
