Does anyone know when the halloween decorations go up. Were going August 25 and September 3 do we have a chance to see the halloween decorations?

I doubt you'll see much, if any at all.
They don't do Halloween up in a big way, like they do with Christmas. There are a few things out, but they are mostly Fall decorations, not Halloween. Most of the bigger Halloween stuff is dragged out just for the party and put away until the next one.
The MNSSHP don't start until the 11th of September. Even so, that is nearly 2 months of Halloween celebrating. at most, I'm thinking you'd see a few things in Town Square and some wreaths or flags on Main Street.
