Halloween
We all know that Universal is basically the king of Halloween, with Halloween Horror Nights. Even tho I don't really like Universal, I can admit that Halloween Horror Nights is the best of the best for Halloween. So as you can tell from most of my posts that I made Hollywood Studios a more thrill-based park, kind of like a throw back to the Eisner era where it's more focused on teenagers. So to fully complete the transformation, here is my version of Halloween Horror Nights.

Horror Studios
After a refurbishment, the gates of Hollywood Studios have opened, but there is something different. The studios have become run-down with abandoned shops with GET OUT signs, cobwebs everywhere, and a broken theater. Most of the rides will stay the same but a couple of Halloween overlays and scare mazes.

List of Scare Mazes
Hollywood terrors: Alien, Scream, Bendy And The Ink Machine, and US.
Avenger's Zombies: Hawkeye, Falcon, Iron Man, Captain America, and Doctor Strange
Death Troopers: Zombie Stormtroopers and Rebels.
Sid's Playhouse: Toy amalgamations

Halloween Overlays
Terror Tower
Halloween Muppet Movie Ride
Midway Funhouse

Jollywood Studios
Hollywood Studios has opened again for the Christmas season with a lot of new and some old offerings.

Holiday offerings
Osborn Lights: Christmas lights would take over Hollywood and Sunset Boulevard.

Holiday Overlays
Jingle Bell Rockin Roller Coaster
Midway mania: Christmas Morning

Solid ideas for Halloween. In that vein, I'd recommend confining the offerings to Sunset Blvd as it lessens the impact to daily operations with setups/theming/etc. and doesn't force early closure on the entire park like USO, leaving TSL/SWGE/MMRR for families not attending the party. Fantasmic could still play on these nights but use the back exit as an entry point perhaps.

Call it Sunset Screams or your Horror Studios easily works. Not as large scale as HHN, but there's the potential for a larger, cohesive story among all of the offerings together on Sunset under that Horror Studios moniker.

Tower - don't think you need an overlay here, but maybe move the queue to utilize the Fantasmic entry and stagger allowing guests in the queue to utilize actors in the G+ line
RnRC - boarding station is already ripe for Halloween theming and a few road sign changes, etc. is easy enough.
Launch Bay - easy backstage access to LB from Sunset for whatever you wanted there (your Zombie stormtroopers, etc.)
Theater of the Stars - put some type of exclusive show for the event here at night since it's not in use
LM Racing Academy could be used (screen access, etc.)
There is a parking lot between Launch Bay and RNRC that they could plop in a warehouse (maybe the facade designed as your Horror Studios icon) for seasonal events like this as either a zone/food/etc.
Food/Merchandise - makes it easy to have special items in the shops/dining along Sunset

Confining to sunset boulevard would be a good idea. I didn’t really think of park operations thanks for letting me know.

IMO all four parks should be partaking in Halloween in some form. Probably have their events cycle day per day.
