Half Marathon Weekend - Time from Expo to DCA?

Unfortunately, we won't be arriving into Anaheim until Friday night after the expo closes for the day, so we're planning to get there right when the doors open at 10AM on Saturday. Assuming that we do, when is the earliest we should plan to be in DCA for a World of Color lunch package reservation at Carthay Circle?

To be safe, give yourself two hours, unless you want to buy event merchandise - those lines are awful and can add another hour or two. To save time, make sure you have your release form signed and ready to go before you get there. I've picked up my packet in less than 20 minutes on some races and an hour and a half on others. I don't remember which days were the busiest though.
