What a heartwarming story! It's wonderful to see this new life hatch after so long. Pearl is a beautiful name, representing how rare and special this occasion is. I hope she brings much joy as an ambassador for her species. Best of luck to Pearl and the SeaWorld team in their conservation efforts.

We did the Penguin Encounter when we went to Sea World one time and it was great fun. They told us all about how the adorable penguins have eggs and they sometimes provide them with eggs when they're older and have gotten past their egg laying period. Such wonderful people at Sea World. One of the cute feisty penguins pecked at my wife, but it didn't hurt or do anything. This is such a fun activity at Sea World:
