Canteen at Avatar world is 5 times better than any counter service I’ve had recently at Disneyland. (Also better than Cafe Orleans!)

I also enjoyed my Salmon at harbor house better than current Plaza salmon - but that could have been luck.

It really doesn't have anything to do with the topic at hand, doesn't appear to be an opinion that is super widely shared, and we certainly don't need to give people reasons to just go back to WDW instead, especially on topics that are highly subjective.

Regular operations of Horse Trolleys you can ride.

More live entertainment like the Bootstrappers and pearly band!

I think TS normally opens around 11? Whatever it is, I've done it before. Granted, not twenty times or anything, but it was fairly painless when it happened.

But no one in the US should be waking up at 3 AM to make Disneyland reservations anymore. That might have been the case at one point, but right now, reservations open at 6 AM Pacific (or 8 AM for Central Timers like myself).

Haha I didn’t know they changed it. Definitely good to know.

Recently returned from our first DL trip after numerous trips to WDW and here are some observations I made:
1) size/scale of the parks are incredibly different. It was so bizarre (yet neat) to be able to walk from all the different lands so quickly.
2) Lightning Lane system. The LL system at DL is far superior to WDW. It’s so much easier to use and the ability to book attractions throughout the day with such ease makes the added cost of LL totally worth it in DL.
3) Park entry. The Face ID system is something WDW needs to invest in immediately. Lines moved so much faster.
4) In park dining. The dining options at DCA were phenomenal. The restaurant menus had numerous options and the theming of the restaurants were very immersive.
5) We stayed at Grand Cali and it was a wonderful resort that reminded me of WL at WDW. The convenience of having your own gate to DCA was a Gamechanger as we would go back and forth from the park to the resort several times per day and it was never more than a 5 minute walk.
6) The pool area at Grand Cali is far superior to a pool at WDW resorts. The service is phenomenal and the pool side chairs and umbrellas are extremely high quality.
7) The weather! Summertime is Anaheim is a complete 180 to summertime is LBV. There is zero humidity and throughout the day you will experience a nice cool breeze coming from the Pacific Ocean. It can be 90+ degrees but you will never feel overly hot because of the dry air and cool breeze.
8) I did miss EPCOT. DL and DCA are both wonderful parks but nothing can compare to EPCOT.
9) World of Color is worth seeing multiple times. We did the dessert party and that was worth it just on the basis of having perfect reserved seating for the show.
10) Wondrous is also a great nighttime show but it doesn’t come close to HEA.
11) The parades are decent but nothing to write home about.
12) Airport transfer. We flew into LGB and that was roughly 25 minutes from DL and it was a very easy and straight forward drive. Departing we flew out of LAX and dealing with LA traffic is a nightmare. We made our flight with time to spare but that was after an hour and a half commute form DL to LAX.
