I'm not sure what failsafes they have, if any, but it looked as if I could simply shut the doors with the big SHUT DOORS button (or whatever it was) and push the lever forward.
I remember either hearing or reading something about the fact that the doors are controlled from the outside to prevent them from accidentally being opened while the train is in motion or closed before it is safe to do so.
I agree with all who said that taking one would be dumb and pointless as well next to impossible to go very far as the power would be shut off very quickly.
I don't think it's necessary for them to change any policy or have an extra person closely guarding the control panel at all times. This isn't an airplane or bus. It's on a loop.
Riding up in the front is one of the great things to do and shouldn't be taken away as an experience because something might happen that would very easily and quickly be shut down.
I was just wondering if it had ever been tried, as there are a lot of people without the capacity to see the consequences.
