If MK closes at 8pm, how late would the Guest Relations outside by the turnstiles be open?

Is there a certain time past any park closing that GR stays open?

What are the hours for GR at DTD?

What is it you're trying to do?

I don't think the Guest Relations windows are typically open very long after the park closes. Though if you're *inside* a park, the Guest Relations office is staffed as long as there are Guests inside the park.

The Downtown Disney offices are open until 11 or 11:30.

A friend of mine is getting to BLT on December 15th. She has GADGAD vouchers she wants to upgrade to multi-day tickets. The promotion ends that day. She's not sure she can make it inside MK before park closing. I would say her best bet is DTD. Thanks for the info.:wave:

The concierge at BLT may be able to help her with that, so she doesn't have to rush over to DtD. She should ask about it when she checks in....

If it's anything like the Birthday Tickets you could ONLY do it at Will Call. We tried to do to Downtown Disney to upgrade Love's brother's birthday ticket to his AP renewal and they couldn't do it. Said it had to be Will Call at one of the four parks.

I don't know if it's the same way with the vouchers but you might want to go to the best chance place first - like MK's Will Call - just to ensure your chances of successful upgrade. BLT is a quick, five-minute walk from MK after all.

The more I read about the GADGAD voucher, the more it looks like you have to use the one day ticket and then upgrade it the same day you use it. Going to GR at DTD won't work for her then.

Yup, this is how the Give a Day, Get a Disney Day vouchers are being handled. It must be done at a Will Call window or a Guest Relations location at a theme park.
