"Guest Parking" For The Contemporary Hotel?

Planning a WDW trip for Nov 11th-14th, staying at the Contemporary. We will not have a car, but have a family friend joining us for one full day. Is there anywhere he can park near/in the Contemporary? Are guests "entitled" to a parking spot that he could maybe use in our stead?

Just curious. Also, any menu recommendations at the Rose & Crown Pub?

When you are asked at check in if you have a car simply say yes and you will receive a parking pass that your friend can use.
