Guest Communications/Guest Services email not responding. Has anyone having this issue recently?

Hi there.

It's been the 5 days since my recent email I have sent to both Guest Communications (wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com) and Guest Services (guest.services@disneyworld.com) and 13 days (Apr 26) since they last reply to me. I have sent emails multiple times about the possibility of Nick Wilde & Judy Hopps from Zootopia Meet & Greet and they still have not reply to me. I am not sure if they block or ignore me. Have everyone got the same issues as I am? Is there some other way to get in touch with them similar to this?

I'm not sure if it fits to this topic but feel free to moderators if they want to move it.

They're not going to respond to you more than once about a "suggestion". They'll thank you for your interest in Disney parks, and tell you that they receive a lot of guest feedback and that they make changes based on this feedback, etc, etc.

Well I throw different suggestions regarding on Nick Wilde & Judy Hopps from Zootopia Meet & Greet, through.

All they'll do is thank you for your suggestions. They can't, legally, accept any ideas or suggestions from a guest. And they won't typically discuss suggestions beyond one response.

Your suggestion has been logged. If enough people provide the same feedback, it will be forwarded to the appropriate departments.

I have sent another email on guest communications on if they can offer a private meet & greet on Nick & Judy from Zootopia. I have also ask if they can do 2 characters on private meet & greets at Walt Disney World. Unfortunately, after 5 days, they still haven't reply to me. I don't know whats going on. Are they not available? You cannot do 2 characters at a time? Aren't they no longer answering any of my questions related to Zootopia? Do I have to ask someone else if I want to have a private meet & greet on any Disney Character.

There will also get to the point where they start to think that you are trolling if you repeat, basically, the same thing or theme over and over. Also, that lost post is the first time you mentioned requesting a PRIVATE meet and greet with characters that are basically brand new. I wasn't even aware that there was such a thing as a private m&g. It seems like that would be a lot to ask unless you have a very good reason to have a private one. The can of worms that would open would be huge unless it was under something like "Make a Wish" or equivalent.

However, once they suspect trolling... they will indeed record the correspondence but ignore it in the sense that there will be no reply.

How can I indeed apologize to them for such trolling?

When I have either complained (rarely) or complimented (a lot) I will usually get a response fairly quickly.

ATTENTION : Sarcasm follows!!!
Maybe if you email and complain about a lack of private M&Gs with these new characters, you'll get a response.

There are private M&Gs available for any character that has a show worthy costume on site and a trained friend. They can get quite expensive depending on the need and are booked through Disney Event Group or Disney's meeting or wedding planners. Theoretically anyone could book them but it's 99.99% done as an addition to an event.

Now that might be worthwhile if it were, say, the "real" Mickey Mouse, but, other then that... I'll pass.

Oh wow. I just responded in the other thread, but I wish I would have seen this one first. In the other thread you mentioned contacting guest services, too. You really need to stop contacting Disney about this. I know there is a Zootopia movie thread here somewhere and maybe there is some kind of *safe* Zootopia fan community on Facebook or something like that for you to connect with other fans -- this will serve you much better than contacting Disney. Again, good luck.

They will stop reading your e-mails if you over do it. You will be placed on a spam list. To answer your question though it is possible for private character meet and greets. They start at $650 dollars for a 30 minute session with 1 character.

By "private", do you mean a Meet and Greet just for you and your family? Do the Guided Tours even get a private M&G or just get moved to the front of the line?
