@gerarar, I went back through the early posts looking but didn’t see it— how is the “average” time calculated? Is it over the whole life of the ride? I can’t figure out how the average morning drop time is upwards of 10m when I haven’t seen it last longer than a minute or so in weeks.

Yeah it’s from the whole data set since the ride opened. If you look back like a year or more ago, the drops for the morning actually did take that long.
