Time to add FoP to VQ!! Need to prevent and hide those 5 hour waits!

almost feel like weeks like this are just the aberration and maybe should have "everything" turned on during them - VQs, park reservations, etc.
Still feel like for "normal" times they could either drop it for this ride or at least allow people to get a 2nd after 4pm or something if still available
But yeah, seeing FoP with 5+ hour waits, this would get similar if it had a standby active this week

They should get rid of them after the holidays but they don’t want the wait time for Tron to be known.
Over at DHS, there are other rides that have a longer wait time then Rise which is embarrassing.
Tron can get a pretty nasty backup leading into the lockers, but it does seem easier to get an early boarding group for Tron than for CR.

I’m wondering if you have any data on stoppages on 12/27? My daughter and I estimated we waited 2 hours in the virtual queue that afternoon, but we aren’t sure exactly sure.

Looks like on 12/27, it was a nearly perfect day.
Only stoppage in BGs that I have recorded was between 5:45 to 6:06pm. BGs were being called roughly every 4-5 mins throughout the day
That 2 hour way could've been a mixture of ILLs since they get prioritized, slow loading, influx of guests, etc. I would say when I was there, the VQ line would be up to the planetarium room and I would wait roughly an hour or less from there.

We were at Epcot 12/28!!!

I'm not sure it would because I think the rider base is limited compared to FoP's.
My guess is it would max out at 2.5 or maybe 3 hours, but that would still be a serious problem.
