Is there only one launch? The article makes it seem that way. I understand this is just from very early reports though
Yes that is the answer I have so far.
wow so most of those predictions were pretty far off. We were expecting a lift hill in the UoE building and an additional launch/lift near the end of the ride.

This tracks with what I had on my model, and the second launch. Few teething problems today but this is why they test with Staff and not real guestsRide time is just over 3 minutes.

Possibly a fast chain lift for that second launch? Appears to be not quite LIM launch speed, but not a slow chain.

Remember that magnetic launches can be controlled. You don’t get slung forward on the PeopleMover.
I literally used a slow LSM for the second launch, but I have heard about about a second launch roll back today so not expecting it to be drive tyres as that would be extremely worrying
A launch doesnt have to be high acceration or high speed.

appears he's doing voice work on the third movie. there was some sort of contractual thing a few years back but seems to be resolved
I dont know what the elevation building has to do with something that dwarfs the earth which is my point.Oh, that must be because you didnt notice that huge blue building behind the main one. No worries though, it’s so well done, no one sees it! Practically invisible! He’s perfectly able to fit it that one though, they made sure of that!
