Epcot (Center) is composed of simple shapes with interesting surface treatments. I don't know why this design scheme couldn't be carried over to the giant box as well. Hoping something more is coming.
I’ve only ever noticed the glass pyramids. I imagine something is covering it now otherwise I would’ve seen that before. It’s about as big as Canada.
That something is trees. They've grown a lot. Even soarin is getting difficult to spot unless you're looking for it.I’ve only ever noticed the glass pyramids. I imagine something is covering it now otherwise I would’ve seen that before.
Nope, that just means you “don’t get it”.To be fair, I’m 51, first started visiting WDW in 1991 ... and I think Frozenstrom is a huge improvement over its predecessor and that Ellen’s iteration of UoE was a total snore fest.
Not everyone looking forward to GotG, the Rat ride, and even Tron is a millennial.
This piece of steel that's sticking up at an angle though????

Respectively agree to disagree.
The actors would need to be paid separately for their work on the attraction even if it were done at the same time as the film. The extra expense would come from nearly everything else.So we all know Guardians 3 is on hold. The only information I've heard relating to the effect this will have on the ride is that Imagineering would be paying for a shoot with the actors instead of having this done during filming for Guardians 3. The one source for that is Jim Hill. There was even some speculation that Imagineering asked the question if they could use James Gunn to shoot the footage.
I'd love to hear more people talking about this. @marni1971 @roj2323 @Magic Feather @TheVisionarySoul - any information here? I'm still assuming there's no drastic change to the ride's theme.
Considering the silly budget this attraction is expected to have, I'm guessing paying the actors isn't the issue. The issue is that the actors may not want to do it after the termination of James Gunn. Are they already contractually obligated to do it?The actors would need to be paid separately for their work on the attraction even if it were done at the same time as the film. Cool pic, but I imagine this has to violate an NDA?
Based on personal conversations with people I book trips for. Been a TA for 15 years now so I’ve gather lots of data in a sense on who goes to Disney and what they enjoy and what they don’t like. Not the largest sample given the attendance figures but gives me a great idea of why Disney is what it is in its current state.Based on? Seriously wondering how you came to your conclusion (and not trying to be argumentative). Because none of us can speak for a majority, in all truthfulness.
I think we tend to believe our own personal feelings represent the majority. But it's usually the opposite.

I am against Solar panels going back up unless they are those cool tiles Elon invented.
A multi-color showbuilding in this pattern is interesting and kinda unique.
Are there instances of other attractions following this pattern?
Elon Musk might be a developer and entrepreneur, but, he certainly didn't invent solar tiles!
FTFYTrue. But he didinvlentmarketed the cool ones.
