GRRR!!! Frustrated and need help!!!

OKay so i'm getting annoyed because everytime i need to contact my travel agent,I can't get through and when I do it's always voicemail.THen it takes forever to hear back if at all.I tried calling Disney myself but they wouldn't help me because they said they can't see my reservation if I booked through an agent.I want to give them my flight info so that i'm not stuck without a ride from DME,If anyone has any idea what I can do please let me know asap Thanks. :)

Sorry to hear that, I know it's too late but I went with KK and they were amazing. I mean I had my agents email, cell phone, and office phone and she was always super quick to get back to me. She even emailed me if she was going away for the weekend and provided me with another agents contact info just in case anything urgent came up.
This ^^^ We are using KK as well and we couldn't be happier.

I have always booked my own but decided to use KK this year because I wanted to make sure I caught Fee Dining if it came up. KK kept an eye out for this and re-booked everything for me with the dining plan. Then added another day for me when I decided to extend my trip. They made this process very easy for me. Also booked all of my ADR's for me and gave me a courtesy email to let me know that my 180 days were coming up. Very easy to get a hold of and even friends on Facebook which makes it even easier to get in contact with.

I wouldn't give all travel agents a bad name just because one isn't doing a good job. Do your homework before you choose. I read reviews here on WDWMagic and also reviews out on the web before I chose KK. Always read praise.

Call the main agency phone number or use the web form on the agency site and ask to speak to the owner or manager and tell them of your issues.

As an owner of an agency myself, I would want to know if one of my team was giving a client this type of response problem.

I found a "terrific" agent through Small World Vacations. I too was frustrated with other services
and often felt I knew more than the person I was talking to.

I use them too!! ;)
