Grown Up Things To Do? Going Without Kids

Planning a long weekend with the wife for late October. We really need some time to ourselves. Just trying to make sure the grandparents can take care of the kiddies for the weekend. We've been to Disney dozens of times with the kids, so we know the parks inside and out. The most adult thing we do is having a beer or two while we do world showcase. I've read alot about Port Orleans as a good resort for a couple. We usually go value but since it's just the two of us perhaps I'll upgrade. What else do you guys recommend? Activities and dining? Anyone been to House of Blues or the new bars at the old P.I. location? Are they worth it? Thanks everyone.

If you want a fun night out, do Jellyrolls by Boardwalk. If you are unaware it is a piano Bar with 2 pianos and they take requests from the audience and everyone sings along. MY DW and I have done it twice and both times we said only for about an hour and we ended staying till it closed both times. Had a blast, most fun not in the theme parks IMOP.

OK here's something I've always found fun - in EPCOT world showcase there is the Phineas and Ferb save the world thing with the cell phone. The secret is it is a drinking game. Sign up (it's free) and get you communicator then head to the first country and buy a drink. Every time the communicator rings with a new clue you have to take a drink. Finish the drink and country then move to the next country buy a drink and repeat. It's a blast!
I can't believe I have never heard of this before. When did this start? Not a good idea for my next trip with the kids but next time my DH and I get away we are going to have to try this!
