Hm, not sure if something like this is what your looking for. But, I do know a website where you can customize your own T-shirts online in many sizes. So you could have matching Disney T-shirts. http://www.zazzle.com/disney.
If you're just looking for a regular store.., you should be able to find T-shirts in many sizes just about anywhere. Try the large clothing stores maybe?
If you have a 'Disney Store' at your mall you could try there.
