Group Dining Experience

Our high school music department is going to Disney in May for Performing Arts Onstage. There are about 150 kids and chaperones. We parents are thinking about having a group lunch or dinner but it's hard to find information. Most of the stuff I found is for weddings. Does anyone have experience with this sort of thing? Any suggestions? We may have around 50 or more people.

Are you looking for a catered event or just a large group meal at say a counter service? Either way I would contact Disney dining.

We are going with our band in 10 days. Call Disney and they will give you the locations that can/will work with large groups. Our tour group did set up some meals for the whole group..Fantasmic, Illuminations dining, Rainforest Cafe Breakfast at AK before the park opens. So if you are looking for sitdown vs. QS those might be some options for you to think about.

I will say we had an awesome catered meal in the Rotunda of the American Adventure in Epcot, then private viewing for Illuminations and finally after park hours rides on Soarin' and Test Track. Best night of our trip!
