Grosvenor Resort at Downtown Disney

I was hoping that some of you guys would have stayed at this holiday and could give me some information. Any tips as to what sort of room to request, what the restaurnat is like etc. would be welcome

"Never” a place, I know a lot of people who tried to
book a room for the GF and they always say there is no room free
, at least where I live, a lot of friends went to WDW none were able to stay on a Disney hotel, and they don’t go the busiest time of year.
Travel agent here don’t know anything about Disney,
it´s a shame..

why not just book your hotel reservation at www.disneyworld.com ? If the travel agents are that incompetent, I would just do it myself; it gives you more control, anyway, and you don't pay those travel agent fees. That's why I always plan my family's trips.
