I just want to acknowledge a Disney employee, who helped me over the phone in April. His name was, Harry, this gentlemen was very polite and gave me great customer service. He was very patient and explained the process, i.e. Disney bus transportation, the new "bracelets" and told me where to go and who to call if I had any further questions. (Our vacation was scheduled in June) His voice even sounded like one of the characters. He was professional, courteous and wasn't bothered by all my questions.
It was late around 9:30 or 10 pm, I was so impressed I had to tell him and give him a "BIG" thank you. I did, but publicly I want to say thank you. So Harry here it is, THANK YOU! Thank you for making it a pleasant experience even before I went to Disney.
