Great idea for new coaster- what can I do?

Hi guys!
It's been a long time since I last came here. It's just that I get depressed every time I come back from wdw, thinking that maybe it could be the last time, I may not have money to go there again... Well, I am recovered now.
Can you help me with this?
I have a great idea for a new themed water roller coaster for wdw, but I don't know how to contact an imagineer to tell my idea. It is really great, believe me...;) :animwink:
What can I do? I tried sendind an email to wdw, but I don't think they wanted to listen to me. I did not tell my idea to anyone yet.

WDI has adopted a VERY strict policy against accepting unsolicited ideas. So the only way you could get the idea to them directly would be to get a job there (i know..what a bummer)

However...post the idea here...we would LOVE to hear it...

become an imagineer-dont email any ideas-

i did that for an idea i had 6 months ago for disneystore.com-never got a response but 3 months later found the exact idea i had in place on the disneystoreuk.com websight.not just a couple of things but all of them.:( :(

I figured out how Disney could fix their giant snowglobe at DTD because the snow got stuck to the glass, told a CM next trip it magicaly is working.

What about a Monsters Inc Rollercoaster??
You know !
The Door Ride~~~~ A suspended Rollercoaster that looks like a door.
Have a Standing or sitting type car(Door)
then make it like they did with the People Mover at Disneyland
when it went through the Tron Part..
I think that would be cool trying to escape from the Bad Guys
or have Mike and Sully Looking for You?? Boo!

Let me know what you think??
I think this Ride would work at Calif Adventure.:sohappy: :rolleyes: :cool:

We had a disccusion about this awhile ago...I posted a pretty good idea (in my mind) for the famed Monsters Inc Coaster...

Basically, You would start out at the Monster's Inc Power station, in regular, sit down cars, similar to JIYI. They would turn, and you would face a screen, where Sully And Mike, the new owners, would start to give you a little tour..This section would probably work alot like JIYI, where your car would move around in a circle, but still watch the same screen...They would explain the door system, and how they collect Laughs now, Mike would pick up a controller...

Mike: "ANd with this oh so delicate piece of machinery, I can summon anydoor, anytime, anywhere..It controls this robotic that goes to the PRECISE door I ask for, and brings it, Pronto. I invented this wondrful Machine...

Sully: No you didn't...

Mike: "Well I gave Moral Support!" he would say, jabbing Sully with the controller, causing it to short circuit, the "hand" would go down and pick your cars up (On the screen, anyways, really, your car would just be going up a track) And then, it would be released into a biiiiggggg room, the door sorting room, where it zoom through the racks, now and then, it would approach an open door, and you would zoom into a person's room..One in france, then brazil, hawaii, new york, Italy, africa..quite a few scenes, but between each one, you'd return to the main, central sorting room. At the end, they'd finally get control of your car, and you'd get to come down

I do know one of the Guys who designed Soaring over Calif.
I wonder if I should toss my/Our /everyones Idea at him.
Maybe not Just my version.

Thanks :) I'd love to send it to them, but then, the chances of it being built become even slimmer..Oh well, hopefully An Imagineer or Eisner himself might pop through here one day, FEEL FREE TO TAKE THE IDEA...wishful thinking, I know..:)

He also had his hands in designing Screamin and Mulhulland Madness
Coasters.

Ok I just found out that the Disney Management sometimes reads these pages. So post your idea in the Imagineering section of the forums!:sohappy:
