Hi everyone,
Last Wednesday night during my last long run I came up with a great idea for a new shirt design for runners.
On the back of the shirt there should be, in BIG, clear letters, a message saying "Walkers, stay to the right".
I run a 0.6 mile loop in a local park at night because it is well lit. There are a lot of walkers there as well, which I think is awesome. But they need to stop walking four across and acting surprised EVERY time I run by them. (off the path in the grass). After I pass by them they say negative things about me, like it's my fault they were startled when I ran by. I've tried to warn them with a friendly "on your left" but that always scares them too. You would think that after I pass them 8 to 10 times they would get the hint but they don't. With a shirt that has the proper etiquette, maybe they will figure it out?
What you think?
Merry Christmas everyone,
Frank
