Gratuitous transfer of DVC Contact - how?

So, DW and I are 70. Want to do a Gratuitous transfer of our major DVC contract to my eldest son - who seems to want it.
We already have the DVC "change title" form.... but then what? I need a FL based firm to do the real legal work.

Suggestions?

My mother added my sister and I to her deed. There was a fair amount of legal back and forth, but was mostly painless. DVC member services should be able to point you in the right direction.

The title company that DVC will recommend will charge $400+ to do the necessary paperwork.

LT Transfers can also do the paperwork and their fees start at $175.
