Grand Gatherings question

Does anyone know what the menus are for the breakfast at Tony's and what the snacks are like for the MK fireworks/pirate cruise? Our group wants to do one, but we would like more info than what the Disney website gives you.

I don't have the answer but - while looking for this same answer - I did read on another board that the snacks had recently changed. They said they were now pre packaged snacks. So has anyone been recently? There's at least three of us who want to know the answer!
