I wish. I can't stand seeing the latest ad and the roof lights are still dark.
I'm not sure there were ever roof lights on all the buildings. Looking through old pictures I only see lights on narcooses, parts of the main building, the monorail platform and some of the pool buildings.

I just did this photo about an hour ago. The work on the carpet seems to be done soon.

Above is an older pic showing the lagoon side lighting. Not every building had as much lighting, but there's still a lot missing. A few years ago (like around 2011 or so) you could still see parts of the strands on those buldings working (though a lot were burned out there were still spots with enough to clearly indicate strands on the buildings). Now for the past 3-4 years though, pretty much all of them are out except Narcoosees and part of one of the top turrets, which now seem to be LED.

Someone already posted the new carpet. Thanks for saving me the trouble! ;)

All of the lights in the picture were present and working last time I was at the resort ( about 1 month ago)

Yep we stayed for a week last month and no lights like the one photo this was our view from our balcony.

I hope the room wasn't too pricey considering the "awesome view"

Used some of our DVC points for a2-bedroom villa (my folks had a 2 bedroom as well), estimates would have cost us well over $10k+ for the week for room if I had to pay cash. Between this trip our May, July, and October trip we will break even on our DVC purchase next Spring Break 2017.

I've always been curious about dvc, we enjoy going when we can but wow!
