Grand Floridian Cafe?

I can't find any reviews on here on the GF Cafe? Does anyone recommend it? Anything special to order?

We ate dinner there last May. I'd give it a solid.. meh. We were stuck for a last minute ADR and since we were at the Poly we figured we hop on the monorail to the GF and try it. Both hubby and I got the surf n'turf... eh, I've had better. Sorry to be so blase, but it really wasn't anything great. :shrug:

We had breakfast there once, during a short stay at GF. The service was really, really slow. I've seen better food and atmosphere at IHOP. Why they can't pull this Cafe out of the doldrums I don't know.

Ah, thanks. I 'm trying to set up dining at each of the monorail resorts without using 2 TS credits :lol:

I guess at the GF, it will have to be 1900 Park Fare.

I have had several outstanding lunches there. They have a wonderful soup & sandwich combo. Delicious french onion soup and chicken salad sandwich. I also enjoyed their chocolate fondue dessert. It's a gorgeous atmosphere to dine in especially with all the Christmas decorations around.

I've eaten breakfast at the Cafe many times - good food, good service.
