GOTG + Early Breakfast Question

On our official Epcot day, we have breakfast at Topolinos at 7:35. If we get into GOTG VQ, and get a super early boarding group, will they allow us to be late (let's say by 1 hour give or take) so we don't have to rush Topo's? Everything I have heard from others is "Disney can accommodate late guests, but not early", but not clear on how 'late' you can be. TIA!

According to reports I’ve read you can be as late as 8 pm. No need to rush breakfast. But you may want to give yourselves some time after eating, as GOTC can produce nausea.
