Illinois here....and we can't wait for the warm weather to arrive. I am sitting here now with a fire in the fireplace and cuddled under a blanket. It's spring...the students should need to put on their winter coats to go out for recess. lol. I think this will be the first year my husband hasn't been able to cut the grass before May. May 31st check in can't get here fast enough!!!!

Not getting out to WDW until after summer, but I know how you feel! I've been saying I've been cold so long, I forgot what it's like to feel hot. My "happy place" has been the sweltering heat of Animal Kingdom, and I don't really spend much time there on my trips.

I love Bristol, by the way! I'll be spending lots of time there over the summer.



Ha, I'll be honest, I didn't like Frozen that much... but this has been my anthem since I saw it.

Which part of State Street are you staying on-VA or TN?

Yeah... I started my new job the day after MLK Day and had all of five days with my kids when the weather hit. Then we had that second round two weeks later... lol... it took me two months to get through my first month's worth of school days!

LOL....I can't imagine how hard it was to teach kiddos with all the snow days! I'd forget everything I learned!!

Well all my fellow northeasterners know from whence I speak. Will the weather EVER warm up here in Rhode Island??? we are convinced we won't feel HEAT until our arrival in Disney World June 2. Can't wait.
So...many things I can't wait for after long winter. I will give you a few and looking forward to hearing yours.

**** to feel that blast of heat as you walk out of airport onto DME
**** to settle in on one of those comfortable seats on DME , knowing the vacation has JUST BEGUN
**** to see all the Disney Billboards along the way on trip to Resort ( Riverside)
**** to walk into the resort check in room and just SMILE!
**** to open that door to our room and know its HOME for 10 days!
**** for that first bus ride or boat ride to park or DTD it just feels RIGHT
**** to walk into Magic Kingdom first time on trip and just feel soooo happy. Other parks nice BUT something special making that initial visit to Magic Kingdom.

Not a Rhode Islander, but pretty close. It was freezing rain this morning at 6 AM which only made me more excited and energized for my Disney trip. 14 hours until my flight south!

NJ here and oh boy what a winter! It has been brutal! Gotta love the constant gray NJ sky! After driving to work in all the snow and ice I'm glad we are out of it!! Can't wait to get to FL in 11 days!! Bring on that heat!!

Just can't wait to...
Feel the wall of heat outside the airport
Pull up to SSR and be greeted
Get to our room and go straight to the balcony
First walk to DTD (we are prepared for the disaster zone)
Bus ride to MK
Ah who am I kidding I'm excited for pretty much everything!!

I was born in Syracuse, NY and live outside of Syracuse. I thought the winter would never end. Even though I'm used to nasty winters, for some reason, this past winter seemed worse and longer than ever. I'm looking forward to sunshine and warmth.

I NEED TO VENT A LITTLE: Due to the new health care laws I just found out my insurance is going up $200.00 a month. That being said my chances of saving money to go to WDW have decreased about 200%. We were going on yearly visits now I don't know when we will get back. I am going to miss those sounds and smells. The planning and all that. Sorry, just needed to vent
