yes..he can be a bit of a snob...but I bet if he stayed there..he'd change his mind...
so far, out of every resort I've stayed...hands down my favorite...and I;ve done the Grand (though wasn't as impressed)
I'd like to try one of the EPCOT resorts (Beach Club or Yacht Club) just to be so close to EPCOT but just can't drag myself away from the WL. I guess you can't mess with success.

ever try resort hopping? I went thru as many as 3 resorts in a stay...it's easy...they move your bags and refrig contents for you...you just call guest service...they pick up your stuff and deliver...you then go to a park and take a bus back to the new resort..check in..go to room...call guest services...

One year we stayed at POR for 3 nights and switched to the Poly for 4 nights. Not a bad idea though! Stay at the WL for a few nights and switch to the Beach Club. Might have to think about that one.

It's actually not bad and you get to try new resorts...but I know what you mean though...I'd always end my stay at WL though...but it would be cool to be at an EPCOT resort, just not BW...they have a clown pool and I hate clowns...

THAT is funny! I've always thought it a tad creepy but just thought it was me and my memories of that scary clown from Poltergeist.

I use it every morning with a cup of coffee, every evening with a drink before heading out for dinner and again later if its not too late to bother anyone. So much to see from your balcony at the WL if you have a courtyard view. Enjoyed watching the animals using the pond from the woods view too.

Me too! The one thing that lures me to a deluxe resort is the balcony, and WL are best of all.
