My husband and I are both vegetarian, although our 5 year old daughter isn't. We love Tusker House as has plenty of vegetarian options, but can anyone suggest anywhere else that is also good? We do like Cosmic Rays veggie burgers and also the sandwiches at Backlot Express, so know there are good veggie options out there.....

A good Monday morning from the resident vegan! Let's see there are sooooooo many good places and choices now! Let's start off with my favorite the Tangerine Café, BOG for both lunch and dinner, Sunshine seasons has many good options, the veggie black bean burgers in the American pavilion, Cosmic Ray's and PB's both have veggie burgers and fixings bars, Restaurantsaurous, ABC has wonderful salads and any TS will be able to whip you up something quite nice. @LuLaSue will also have quite a few suggestions. Happy eating.

By the way, when are you going? Because the Terra booth at the Food & Wine Festival right now is nothing but vegetarian options.

I am a recent vegan long time veggie, and DH is a meat and potato man!
Columbia Harbour House has a tasty veggie chili and the the lighthouse sandwich is excellent. Sunshine seasons and the Tangierine Cafe has a Vegetable Platter, Falafel, tangierine couscous salad, hummus, tabouleh, lentil salad and marinated olives.
Liberty Tree Tavern has a veggie burger (vegan) it is lightly crispy on the outside with a warm and nicely seasoned potato-quinoa base. It comes with lettuce, tomato, and a tofu tzatziki sauce. It comes with sweet potato fries.
If you looking to steep it up go to JIKO, they have an entire menu dedicated to veggies:

and a VEGAN menu:

Last years stay at the Beach Club I found Quinoa Vegetable Wrap in the Market Place . Lots of quinoa and vegetables including lettuce, eggplant, and zucchini fill a soft wrap. This thing was huge!!
Animal Kingdoms Restaurantosaurus has a veggie sub, thats good.
There's plenty more, as I think I will post!
I am looking forward to this:
Sanaa Vegetarian Sampler
Choice of two served with Basmati Rice or Five-grain pilaf
Mixed Seasonal Greens
Stewed Lentils
Paneer Tikka
Vindaloo-style Vegetables
Spicy Peas, chickpeas, and potatoes
AND this from Be Our Guest:
Layered Ratatouille - oven-baked zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms, tomatoes and caramelized onions sliced and layered with quinoa served with a bell pepper sauce Enjoy and happy eating!

Epcot - Katsura Grill, Sunshine Season, Tangierine Cafe, Tutto Gusto

DHS - Anaheim Produce, Backlot Express, Studio Catering Co

DTD - Earl of Sandwich, Wolfgang Pucks Express

I so agree with Tangerine Cafe it is wonderful! Funny my DH is meat and potato's but he usually loves the veggie options I get too. I've had no problem with being a veggie at WDW, it's quite easy and delish!
