Have you tried the Del Sol? They have rooms with 2 queen beds and a set of bunk beds.

I believe the rooms at the Fairfield Inn and the Marriott across the street can sleep 5.

If money's an issue, Peacock Suites is pretty affordable, but it's not quite as close as some of the others.

The HoJo across from Disneyland has two queens and cot.

Clarion has rooms with a third bed. You can catch a bus across the street at the TS lot.
