Good Changes

I stubbornly believe the new Test Track is significantly better than the original. It actually feels like Epcot now.
The new Tiki Room is MILES better than Under New Management
The addition of Castle projection shows
Star Tours II
All of new Fantasyland is a beautiful addition to MK. Overmarketed, but beautiful
Splitsville
Hall of President's 2009 refurb
Haunted Mansion's 2007 refurb
The AA changes made to Spaceship Earth
The most overlooked part of the SSE2007 redo, but the addition of the Project Tomorrow post-show. Fantastic use of that space.
The return of the Orange Bird and citrus swirl to Sunshine Tree Terrace
Interactive queue at Pooh (want to say Big Thunder but haven't seen it yet)
The closure of Sounds Dangerous. Sometimes a removal is a good thing.
Agent P to World Showcase. Working at Epcot showed me how much this small change opened up World Showcase to kids.
All the movies they've switched to digital (MuppetVision, Impressions de France, I think O Canada?)
Via Napoli
Mickey's Town Square Theater
Perhaps a bit premature, but the decision to not only keep FOTLK but to relocate it to Africa
Continual upgrades to the Osbourne Family Lights
The return of the original WDW and Epcot logos in merchandise
Crush'n'Gusher at Typhoon Lagoon
