Goals: May 23rd - 29th

I am sticking with the same goal of 12 miles from last week, since I didn't quite make it. Also want to add in doing weights on days that I do not run.

Oops, just posted in last week's thread, this week's goal!

Same same for me. Run 4 days....3 miles running with a 1/2 mile warm up and another 1/2 mile cool down walking. Trying to work on consistency more than anything else. That has been my problem for a decade! Run the Goofy after months of great training, then fall off the wagon and have a food affair! Thank goodness I am tall and spread the weight around. But my knees would love me to weigh less now that I'm running.

Free time is going to be a precious commodity this week (and the next three for that matter)

So I am going to aim low and hope to hit high.

2 days of Tae Kwon Do.

1 3 mile run (if I can sneak out of work early so I can get it in before my kids strings concert)

and

1 4 mile run on Saturday, before the Softball BBQ and party.

I hope. :)

Well, I failed miserably last week.

I did nothing.

That just means I have to get back on track this week.
