Oops, just posted in last week's thread, this week's goal!
Same same for me. Run 4 days....3 miles running with a 1/2 mile warm up and another 1/2 mile cool down walking. Trying to work on consistency more than anything else. That has been my problem for a decade! Run the Goofy after months of great training, then fall off the wagon and have a food affair! Thank goodness I am tall and spread the weight around. But my knees would love me to weigh less now that I'm running.
