I always find it interesting how much restaurants rip off vegans. Fresh produce is not nearly as expensive as the proteins, yet they sell vegan dishes for as much as (even sometimes more) than a non-vegan dish. And Vegans will often pay it. Any restaurant that does not cater a few dishes to Vegans is missing out on bank.
You're not pay for the "food" as much as the "talent" that it takes to create it- any meal for that matter
