So here I am,lover of world cuisine,Steaks,Fish, ( even sushi last year ) Chicken,Venison,Duck, even Haggis. So lets say I'am about to make my ADRS for Disney and I want to try a vegan night out.Where would you suggest and more importantly, what would you suggest to eat! Something that will convince me that I may have been missing out on something, all these years.Go on,make my day.!;)

I keep hearing the chefs at Sanna and JIko make some wonderful dishes (not on my list yet again:( I live with pumas) I like the veggie chile at CHH, most everything at TC , SS had a noodle bowl with tofu but I can't wait to try the new offerings, the new goodies at Tamu Tamu look great, Ratatouille is a favorite of both me and my younger ds. For my upcoming trip I plan on trying a lot of new foods! I also love veggie burgers in the world fixings bars make them even better ( hardly ever eat them at home) Tequilla, wine, saki and beer are extremely vegan friendly so I'll have a few of those also! LOL:)

Yes tofu is the other white meat!:) At least in my house! LOL along with canelli beans, chick peas and tempeh!

Vegan vegan, hummm, never heard of it, of course you’re talking to Pete Puma here. My DW once had the noodle bowl with tofu and the Hollywood Brown Derby and said it was good. I took her word for it.
Figgy, if you wash the canelli beans and mix them with a can of tuna in olive oil, some cut up Vidalia onion and season with salt, pepper and a little more olive oil you will have a great meal, serve with some fresh Italian or French bread.

Do you have a spy cam in my house? lol That's what I made for dinner Friday fish for my boys no fish for me! I do not use canned beans they are much healthier and less gassy if you use the dried ones!

Falafels are yummy. I haven't tried the one at Tangierine Cafe, but it sounds good! It's on my list for the upcoming trip, along with many other items.

I always find it interesting how much restaurants rip off vegans. Fresh produce is not nearly as expensive as the proteins, yet they sell vegan dishes for as much as (even sometimes more) than a non-vegan dish. And Vegans will often pay it. Any restaurant that does not cater a few dishes to Vegans is missing out on bank.
