Gluten Free Counter Service Suggestions?

I'm looking for any suggestions for gluten free meals at any of the parks, DTD and Pop Century. We're not going to be on any dining plan and I'm too...economical...to spring for any table service restaurants. I've been trying to do some research on it, but I'm hoping to hear about some recent experiences. Thanks!

Also check out here -> http://glutenfreedairyfreewdw.blogspot.com/ Somewhere on there they should have the contact info to get the most recent information from Disney about what each location serves and carries GF food. And even once you have that listing, still check with the CS chefs when you order if it could go either way. Suppliers and ingredients change all the time. My mom ran into a few issues where what they had at the location wasn't GF despite all prior indications being it would be. (One place was a salad for crying out loud where something in the salad [not croutons] ended up having gluten in it)

@dreamfinder is right, definitely check with the CS chef. tell whoever is taking the order that you have a food allergy, and ask to speak to the chef. it's the easiest way to do it. my wife has celiac (and i eat 98% gluten free now, too), and the only way to put your mind at ease it to speak with the chef. places like columbia house has allergy-free fryers. disney's very good in this department, but as most people with food allergies know, it's more about you being able to eat in a comfortable mind set than anything else.

There is also an app on the iTunes store and Android that lists all the gluten free foods that are in the park. It is called Gluten & Allergy Free WDW Orlando - http://glutenfreepassport.com/apps/gluten-allergen-free-disney-world/. Might help you on your trip!
