Wouldn't moving the Jungle Cruise from a C-Ticket, to a D-Ticket, to and E-Ticket count as raising prices?

I thought it was always an E. Definitely seems like it would be from opening day.

There were to letter designated coupons on opening day, they came later and were A-C. The D-Ticket was added still later and the E-Ticket did not debut until the expansion of Tomorrowland in 1959 (Disneyland-Alweg Monorail, Submarine Voyage and the Matterhorn Bobsleds).
