Actually, John Galt has nothing to do with the trains. John Galt is missing, and has left behind evidence that he invented a highly efficent mortor.

Dagny Taggart - who is the woman who own the railroad, is looking for him.

Of course the novel is lot deeper, and more complicated than that,. (and long, very very very long)

Hank Reardon is the businessman with the metal for train tracks sold to Dagny that makes them super efficient and the book spends alot of time talking about trains between Dagney and Hank plotlines.

This one makes sense as believe it or not the Jeff "Swampy" Marsh & Dan Povenmire worked on Family Guy making the early Stewie & Brian "Road To" Episodes and Seth played an alternate version of himself on the show.
