Inaccurate! Cap is NOT superpowered. The Super Soldier serum just gave him peak physical conditioning. His abilities are entirely within the human range (or what passes for it in superhero yarns), albeit at the high end of the spectrum.

Well, technically, you could argue that by being at peak human condition that makes him superior to all other humans, thus, super human. Tell me about any other human who has a literally 100% perfect body, immune system, nervous system, etc.

At least for guys, the male lead is usually a tenor while the villain is usually a baritone/bass! The ladies have it hard though; I can't think of many prominent female altos in a Disney movie except Mrs Potts in Beauty and the Beast.
