Petty comment for later:

No, why on earth would I want to go drop all that money when I can stay home and work while you're gone. You could also use the CM line "No, you have a magical day." said really sarcastically.

I live in FL, the torrential downpours of summer have started already. At least you won't be soaked waiting in line. (Sorry, trying to help here - but as I type this, I would rather be at Disney.)

@Konor

My sister just posted this from this morning... And it's snowing, overcast, cold and extremely windy here. :cautious:
I feel your pain. :cry:

This is perfect leverage for a trip of your own in the future. I'm waiting to cash in my H's solo LA trip from awhile ago;). Also what everyone else said, it's looked rainy and hot and crowded...but who am I kidding? I'd still want to be there!

Brazilian tour groups are in full effect right now.

They weren't last week and we were so happy, their "Summer" Ends in March so schools are back in now :) We made the uninformed decision of going in February a few years ago and it was horrible.... No concepts of lines at all in their culture which is fine, but when you visit another culture you really should be courteous enough to try to fit in with their culture norms...

Anyway back to the post, You will get the joy of hearing how much fun your loved ones had :p

I love WDW. It has not "deteriorated" in any way. But WDW anywhere near summer, and anywhere near Spring Break time? Not my idea of a good time. Intense crowds, heat, and a whole lot of stressed out families.

What I would do is attempt to replicate at home everything "bad" about being at WDW...
Get a heat lamp, humidifier, music player of some kind, a timer, and a sprinkling can with water. Pick something nice that you really want to do, like watch TV, play a computer game etc., and pretend there are a mess of people in front of you waiting to do the same thing. Turn on the heat lamp and humidifier to simulate the FL climate. Next, find some Brazilian chanting and play it loudly on your music player. Loop that sucker so it never ends. Set the timer to something like 90 minutes and start it. Now stand and wait, like you're waiting in line for something at WDW. Every so often take the sprinkling can and dump some water on your head to simulate the typical daily rains in FL being careful not to short out your heat lamp. DO NOT turn off the heat lamp or rest at any time during the 90 minutes!

Repeat the above till you forget about WDW. :D

Let me know if this helps.

1) It is HOT right about now and through the summer
2) Crowds & long lines!
3) You save money! & get some time to relax without them!
