Gingerbread House construction

Hi all,
I have gone back seven pages on this thread and I did not find the subject so here is my question:
We will be at the "World" November 8-20, 2015 and I was wondering if anyone had an approximate idea of when the construction of the gingerbread house might take place? We have not been to WDW in November and I know the decorating will be going on during our trip so I would like to catch some of the magic.

In 2012 I was at GF on Dec 3rd and the Ginger Bread house was all built and serving cookies.

Last year the Gingerbread house opened on November the 16th so if ceteris paribus, then you will be there during the last days of its construction and its official opening.

It usually is up mid November give or take so you should get to see it before you leave.

We were there on 11/10/13 and they were in the process of putting the "shingles" on the roof.

You should be okay, we left on the 22nd of November last year & it was complete & open for business.
