Gift Ideas at the World

In just 2 weeks, I'll be returning to the world after a multi-year hiatus. The catch: my appendix just ruptured.
Now, everything is fine and I should be mostly healthy by the time I leave. But that's only because of my wonderful family and super duper significant other. This is where you all come in.
I want to do something really special for my entire family, but can't think of anything. Everything is paid for, meals are booked, and we're already doing everything we would want to. My family wouldn't enjoy cutting park time to do a tour, we're already doing the dessert buffet, and my sister has already bought us matching t-shirts! As you can tell, I'm in a predicament! What special extra would you recommend? Creative and wacky ideas are welcome!

I second the idea of a special cake at one of your dinners, or a scrapbook or a ornament or something with a group shot of all of you after the trip. Glad you are okay, a ruptured appendix is a big deal!

Thanks for all the advice! I think I'll try to come up with some sort of scrap booking idea. And I might call the florist just to see what they could do.

Last year when my mom booked the trip, she told the Disney rep she was working with that we would be bringing her new granddaugther for her first trip. The Disney rep told her there would be something special in the room for us. We thought it would be a note or something. Instead, they left us an autograph book and pen, a plush minnie rattle, and a set of pink Mickey ears embroidered with my daughter's name. It was more than I could have ever expected. Definitely ask to see if you can arrange something special in the room. That was a completely magical way to start our trip!

That's fantastic! I've never heard of them going to such lengths. It's my significant other's first time - but 27 years old!

So I decided to go the creative route and make t-shirts with everyone's favorite Disney characters. I was going to have them professionally printed, but I'm concerned that no one will print them because of copyright infringement issues. If I printed these myself, do you think Disney will send the cops after me and lock me up in Disney prison? Or do you think these will be ok to wear to the parks?

Those tees are really cute, and should be great to wear around the parks. You'll probably have lots of people asking where to buy them. I really like the Snow White one and Pumba one!

Pumbaa is my favorite too! I'm going to try transfer papering these puppies (which will probably turn into a carnage of cotton and ink). I'll post pics when I'm done :)

If you haven't made your final crafting decision yet, I have a suggestion. Crafted frames for the family members. I got a cork frame, decorated it, put a picture of me and the niece in EPCOT in it and put her pins in the cork part. (I don't think that was a real sentence) She loved it.

I remember reading about someone doing a decoupage Disney Map frame.
