I used to have a website bookmarked where you could upload animated gifs that were on your harddrive and Edit them,Resize and also Optimize them.
I had to reformat my harddrive and I lost everything. Does anyone know what I am talking about and if so do you know the URl of that website, if not are there any good free software out there that will resize and or optimize animated gifs?
