Yep! Again, this is hoping. Asked my dad and he said that the Disney walk through was ggreat. They have their maximum capacity sign and Disney's doing on more walk through today to make sure they can open. This, hopefully, is leaning towards an open for tomorrow.

I love the big G, but it is DIIIIIIIIRTY! They've had a recent string of BAD violations over the past year... (well, so has dino-bites, but that's a whole new story...)

Reopening should be today now for sure. My dad came home last night and said "we reopen tomorrow".

It is indeed open. Some additions are still to come but it is for all intents and purposes open. Visted just a little bit ago. It seems much much more open since the registers are now right there as you enter as opposed to the line that wrapped around.

There will be ore tables for the patio (9 more to be exact) plus 5 additional near the credit card kiosk (so 14 more tables on the way outdoors).

Hmmm, I guess the rumors of them adding major new architectural features were unfounded. That is too bad. Hopefully T-Rex will make up for it.

Some things are still to come, as I stated above. Honestly, this isn't like a ride at one of the parks. It was closed for a month, then halfway through only HALF of it reopened, people need to work not everything can be done while trying to get the business back up and running. They don't have another location in Disney or Orlando where they can just send people. The next closest is Miami Some things have to be set aside to allow the business to open back up and allow employee's to work again. Besides there are things that can be worked on WHILE it is open and running (the chocolate fountain for example).

We love coming here every year we are in WDW but lately the crowds have been crazy, it is so small! Maybe with moving things around it will all "flow" better.:shrug:

Yep it certainly needs some kind of expansion. I often walk right by, wanting to go in, but am not prepared to face the battle to order, and then a battle to find a seat. Often you seem to have bought $40 worth of ice cream for a family, and find you have to eat it in an outdoor table, in 95 degree temps, and that is if you are lucky.

This change looks like it will certainly help with the ordering process. Not sure yet whether it's going to help that much overall though. I hope it does!
