I am spending the day going over the GF and researching and planning! (it's an overcast day here so it's the perfect day for all things Disney! :lol

In my reading - it mentioned that turn down service is available for the guests at that GF and I have not seen where it mentions only for concierge level guests. Can anyone confirm or deny that turndown service is available for all guests or just concierge level guests?
